We wanted you to know we had a wonderful trip to Armenia. We would definitely suggest Roseanna as a tour guide for you to use! She is excellent and kind and worked hard to make our trip so good. She is able to find solutions to problems and is calm in doing so.
She is intelligent and knows a lot about the history, architecture etc.
We also loved the Republica Hotel in Yerevan and its staff. They are excellent and caring. The junior suite and executive suite are both very nice. The hotel is well situated, has good amenities and bathrooms, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. Also the dinners are good. They do serve lunch, but we did not eat there for lunch. We did have 2 dinners. They also have a free wine tasting on Friday evenings which is fun. We looked at the Marriott and the Tufenkian and would not have liked them. Very impersonal.
So we want you to know you can feel confident is working with Roseanna. Her driver, Arsen, is also lovely and a gentleman.
