Day 2 Fourcès / Séviac / Armagnac tasting

This morning begin the day with the visit of the picturesque fortified village of Fourcès. We follow our morning with the discovery of the Roman villa of Séviac, known for the quality of its mosaics. In the afternoon, after the visit of Larressingle the 'little Carcassonne', you will enjoy a wine tasting experience in this Armagnac region. Night in St Beauzeil.

Day 3 Perigord region / Sarlat / Boat ride on the Dordogne

Today, experience a unique outing in the Perigord region as you'll discover some authentic little villages all classified as most beautiful of France. Free time for lunch in Sarlat. In the afternoon, a delightful boat ride on the river Dordogne will reveal the numerous castles that line the river. Your day ends by the visit of Domme, again one of those charming little villages. Day 4 Cahors / Pech Merle cave / Saint Cirq Lapopie

The Lot 'departement' will be your direction today. By the city of Cahors, famous for possessing one of the only remaining medieval military bridges of Europe, explore the Cahors vineyards and the Mercuès château, where wine tasting awaits. In the afternoon, you'll be enchanted with the visits of the Pêch Merle cave that will transport you back 50 000 years, and the peaked village of Saint Cirq Lapopie that many consider to be the most beautiful of all villages! Day 5 Cooking Lesson / Moissac / Auvillar 

Guy Hérault, a renowned local cook, welcomes you this morning into his kitchen for a hands-on session all about the preparation and service of Foie Gras, fish or desert according to your wishes. During lunch time you will eat the fruit of your own labour and wine is included! In the afternoon, head towards Moissac to admire its world famous Romanesque tympanum. Your tour ends with the visit of delightful Auvillar. Night in St Beauzeil.

Day 6 Montbazillac / Saint Emilion / Saint Macaire

Today the tour ends with one of the most outstanding regions of France, the Bordeaux vineyards. Start by a wine tasting session in Montbazillac, a regional vineyard that produces a famous sweet white wine. Head towards Saint Emilion for another wine tasting experience and visit this typical village. The whole jurisdiction is classified UNESCO world heritage site. Free time for lunch. By the authentic villages of Saint Macaire and the Mas d'Agenais, return to your Chateau.

Day 7 Saint Beauzeil

Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to Toulouse and end of our services.
