The Cayman Kai Community has all amenities you'll need. The Hyatt at Rum Point or the Kaibo Yacht Club both feature a beach bar and grill during the day and air-conditioning dining at night. There is also a gift shop at both locations. Kaibo Yacht Club also has a gas/diesel fuel station. For the more adventurous, Red Sail Sports can arrange diving and snorkeling. And when you want to relax, you can charter a fishing boat, for deep sea fishing and bottom fishing. Ride the ferry boat which has daily service across the North Sound from Rum Point to Seven Mile Beach.

Rental car is recommended, let us know if you wish us to arrange it. If you rent a car, you might want to shop for groceries at Fosters Food Fair located on the exit road from the airport. Big Daddy's liquor store is right next door to Fosters. Hurtley's Grocery Store, Blockbusters and Blackbeards liquor is approximately 2 miles on your left.

Other things you need to know...

Your guest house is complete with a fully equipped kitchen and Weber Grill for outdoor bbq. Charcoal, however, should be purchased when you shop at grocery store.

Cribs and high chairs are available on request.

For tennis enthusiasts, 2 tennis courts are also available in the community.

Please keep in mind that stores are not open on Sunday. Esso and Texaco gas stations are open 7 days a week so you can purchase snacks and a small variety of grocery items. Shopping, banking and night life on Seven Mile Beach is a 45 min drive away. But we guarantee you will be anxious to return to your home to Cayman Kai.

We had a wonderful time in Cayman Kai at Casa DaCosta.   The pool at Casa Da Costa was fabulous. The beach was OK, but had lots of debris that had washed ashore.  If there was any great disappointment it was that the ocean front was very rocky and shallow there, which made playing in the ocean not very realistic. Lots of debris had washed ashore, so it wasn't an area where you could take a long walk along the beach. The sandy beach between the pool and the ocean was quite nice, though.  There were a few bumps (the water wasn't turned on, air conditioner quit working, our automobile wouldn't start, etc.) but in all cases the staff at North Coast Management (and Andy's Car Rental) were prompt, courteous and eager to help resolve these issues.  GiGi at North Coast Management Company and Janet (the housekeeper) were so wonderful to work with.  They were so kind and helpful !!
