Hi! The house was great! It had all the bedrooms and all the bathrooms we needed, and it was pretty close to Disney, and the pool was a lovely added touch. It was great to have my father, his wife, my oldest daughter, her husband and their children, and my youngest daughter and her friend all together in a beautiful house. Thanks again. By the way, my whole neighbourhood is now interested in taking a few days off sometime soon to what we just did, so you may be getting some calls. Thank you. The kosher dishes, urn, oven, etc. was also a very nice touch. It was great to be able to heat up food in that oven. I would certainly do it again., Thank you.

I have just returned from a great ski week at Heavenly Valley for which you made the reservations. The home, which you recommended and rented for us, was excellent. It was just as you alleged and the drive to the mountain was very short indeed. Your efforts when I had to cancel the trip first time to save my deposit and obtain new dates as you know was extremely successful and again, I thank you for taking it the extra mile in an effort to help me make my vacation a very pleasant one. As you recall, I met you by surfing the Internet and was elated by your professionalism and once again, the trip excellent due to your personal touch and concern for my vacation time. I look forward to as a person who travels at least 10 weeks per year, to use your agency again many time in the future.
