Dear Sophia and Staff at E&M Travel,

Our family wanted to thank you for helping us find beautiful accommodations during our recent visit to the Cayman Islands. The vacation home you found for us in Cayman Kai was stunning. The views of the North Sound and the Caribbean beyond from the living room and master bedroom were amazing. The beach was very private and absolutely pristine. The very first day of our stay I saw a huge sea turtle while snorkeling within 30 feet of the shore right outside our home. I also saw a starfish, many lobster, Sargent majors and a puffer fish.

The neighborhood surrounding the Gardens of the Kai was very quiet and peaceful. The foliage around the house was lovely. We were thrilled with the abundance of flowering plants and palm trees.

We loved the layout of the house, there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The Master bedroom was wonderful, with beautiful Island furniture, a Jacuzzi, and elegantly tiled bathroom.

The kitchen, with its granite counter-tops, and all the little extras, was a Chef's dream. We really appreciated the outside grill, as we made many wonderful meals with the fresh catch bought from local fisherman.

The pool at The Gardens was very private and very pretty. Each night I enjoyed a late-night swim under the stars.

We snorkeled all over the Island, finding that the North and East side had some of the best visibility. We saw plenty of Blue Tang, Yellow Snapper, Conch, needle-fish, lobster. Rum Point was also a nice spot to swim. It is a good place for beginning snorkeler. Heritage beach on the North Side had good visibility, and areas near The Reef hotel had good coral formations.

We loved the Botanic Gardens and the Iguana that roamed freely around us there.

Our house was within walking distance to the Kaibo Yacht Club, which was a great place to go for dessert and coffee, and also really wonderful meals.

We did visit Seven mile beach twice during our stay, but much preferred the beauty and solitude of Cayman Kai.

The trip was wonderful. I just got back to Portland, Oregon and I am tanned, relaxed and a much better diver than I was when I arrived in Bonaire - I'm a happy camper! The logistics of the trip were very smooth and I was happy with the accommodations at Captain Don's. I look forward to arranging a trip next year maybe to Belize. (IF I can find the money again for a vacation - it may be a while.) Thanks for following up with us and I will be sure to recommend you to friends who are looking to arrange a trip.

at the same time it was very comparable to our last year vacation at Sun Village, Dominican for like 50% less money... the bottom line is that we checked sandals, had very good time.

We had a wonderful time in Cayman Kai at Casa DaCosta. The pool at Casa Da Costa was fabulous. The beach was OK, but had lots of debris that had washed ashore. If there was any great disappointment it was that the ocean front was very rocky and shallow there, which made playing in the ocean not very realistic. Lots of debris had washed ashore, so it wasn't an area where you could take a long walk along the beach. The sandy beach between the pool and the ocean was quite nice, though. There were a few bumps (the water wasn't turned on, air conditioner quit working, our automobile wouldn't start, etc.) but in all cases the staff at North Coast Management (and Andy's Car Rental) were prompt, courteous and eager to help resolve these issues. GiGi at North Coast Management Company and Janet (the housekeeper) were so wonderful to work with. They were so kind and helpful !!

The trip was wonderful! Thank you very much for helping me to set it up. My son enjoyed every day of it - they have so many activities on the premises. There were many young people from Europe (France, Germany), and many Russian boys and girls from all countries; they played all kinds of sports. The weather was great all the time. And then, of course, the Caribbean Sea is wonderful. I swam from 6 am till 11 pm, and went to Santo Domingo - one day tour, which was very good.

We had a wonderful time! Melia was beautiful and so clean. The beach was absolutely amazing with great weather. We got a room close to the ocean too, so we wanted to thank you for requesting this for us. I would definitely do an Apple Vacation again. The only thing that we would say about Melia is that the food is fair, and we would tell other people to bring snacks from the states with you. All in all it was wonderful. We had a great time at Sunset Beach in Montego Bay, it was a very nice resort, and a great location. The only thing lacking was the nightly entertainment, we ended up going every night to Margaritaville beacuse there was nothing going on at hotel. I guess that's what makes the difference between a 3* resort and bigger resorts like Breezes or Sandals. The food did not offer many choices either, compared to other resort, but it was delicious. Overall it was a great value, we had a good time and we would go back.

We got back from Punta Cana last Sunday very early in the morning. We had a fabulous time at Sunscape Punta Cana Grand and would highly recommend the resort to anyone! It's a gorgeous place with a Dominican staff that is truly outstanding - they really do everything in their power to make sure you have a fun and enjoyable stay. Travel with little Peyton, who turned 2 on 28 March, worked out pretty well since the airline was able to block out the third seat in our row for both flights - this made it much, much easier. Both flights were delayed about two hours but these were just minor annoyances overall. We were very satisfied with the Apple reps as well.

The vacation was fantastic! The people in the DR are the friendliest people I have ever come across.

The property was very nice, although a lot smaller than Canoa. It had a lot of children. The ocean was perfect for kids. There was a man-made reef off the coast that made the swimming beach extremely calm all the time. The SCUBA was good. The operation is much smaller than at Canoa - the boats not as good for diving. Actually, we took one look at the boats and almost canceled our diving. The dive masters are very good, so once we started diving, we felt comfortable. We took a day trip to Catalina- a SCUBA paradise. I haven't seen marine life and coral so beautiful since Cozumel.

As you know, our flight down was delayed almost 6 hours. When we got to the hotel, it was about midnight. They knew we were coming and had no problems. Thank you VERY much.

There was one potential disaster on the return. Lo Prieto tours did not send the transfer to the airport. We had a feeling we were in trouble when we made the transfer reservation in the middle of the week.The representative, Jade, was very young and not very swift. She took our reservation while conducting a personal phone call. Since we had that "feeling" about the transfer, we went to the bell captain after only waiting 10 minutes. He was great.. He called Prieto tours, found out they made a mistake, got us a cab, and had the tour company reimburse the cabbie. We got to the airport two hours before the flight. Less experienced travelers would probably have been in trouble.

The food was better than at Canoa. Beautifully presented! The Mexican restaurant was the best place to dine. The trip was an overall success. We are developing a love for the DR. We took a half day city tour. Santo Domingo is a huge city. The historic and tourist areas are kept up very nicely. Hopefully, we'll return to the DR soon.

We found paradise!!! We couldn't have found a more perfect place for a vacation - and we certainly will go back each year and bring our friends too! We loved our trip. Everything was perfect the nanny was awesome and it allowed Hudson and I a much needed break. Thank you again!!

I don't know what was best. the family vacation villas, the blue ocean water, the diving lessons and other activities, the shopping and different site seeing tours, the food, the swimming with our babies or the wonderful nannies provided by the resort. it was all so perfect we can't wait to do it again. thank you, thank you. having twin babies the idea of a vacation seemed very remote, you made it happen. thanks again for a wonderful first family vacation that was actually a vacation for all of us!!!

Jumby Bay was INCREDIBLE ! We would recommend it to any and everyone. In fact, we stayed 3 extra days, we liked it so much. For several days, we were only 2 of 8 people total in the hotel.
