01: MADRID |

Arrival at Madrid international airport.
Welcome and assistance by our local English-speaking guide
and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Evening Welcome Cocktail Party in the hotel. You will be
able to attend on your own services at the Beth Jacov
Synagogue during your stay in Madrid |

DAY 02: MADRID (B) |
|
|
|
Morning panoramic and artistic city tour of
Madrid, including a general view of the main avenues,
plazas, parks, etc. and admissions to the Royal Palace and
El Prado Museum. Free afternoon at leisure. Overnight. |

DAY
03: MADRID-TOLEDO-MADRID (B, L) |
|
|
|
Full day excursion to visit the Imperial city
of Toledo. Upon arrival, walking tour through the Jewish
Quarter, including admissions to the two synagogues: El
Transito and Santa Maria la Blanca, the Gothic Cathedral,
the church of St. Tomč, where you will be able to admire the
masterpiece of El Greco, and the El Greco Museum. Lunch at a
local restaurant. Return to Madrid.
Overnight.

DAY 04: MADRID-SEGOVIA-MADRID (B, L) |
|
|
|
Full day excursion to the beautiful city of
Segovia. Upon arrival, view of the Roman Aqueduct, followed
by a walking tour through the city centre, the Jewish
Quarter, the Medieval Synagogue and the Royal Alcazar. Lunch
in a typical local restaurant. |

DAY 05: MADRID-SALAMANCA (B, D) |
|
|
|
We start our motor coach tour leaving Madrid
early in the morning. Upon arrival we will have a panoramic
city tour, including a walk through the Jewish Quarter,
Plaza Mayor, etc, and will visit the University, that dates
back to the 13th century. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner
and overnight. |

DAY 06: SALAMANCA-HERVAS-CACERES (B, D) |
|
|
|
After breakfast, we will start off on a very
nice journey along the Route of La Plata (The Silver Route)
to the town of Hervas, where we will walk through the Jewish
Quarter. Trip continues to Cāceres. Afternoon visit of the
Jewish Quarter. Dinner and overnight. |

DAY 07: CACERES-MERIDA-SEVILLE (B, D) |
|
|
|
Small journey from Cāceres to Mčrida, visit
of the famous monumental Roman town and the Jewish Quarter.
Free time for lunch (on your own), after which trip
continues to Seville. Dinner and overnight.

DAY
08: SEVILLE (B, D) |
|
|
|
Morning city tour, including a general
panoramic visit of the historical centre: Plaza de Espaņa
and Gardens of Maria Luisa, Golden Tower, Maestranza Bull
Ring and Expo ’92 Site, ending with the admission to the
Royal Alcazar and a nice walk around the “Barrio de Santa
Cruz” Jewish Quarter. Free afternoon. Dinner and Flamenco
Show at the Patio Sevillano. Overnight. |

DAY
09: SEVILLE-CORDOBA (B, D) |
|
|
|
Departure in the morning to Cordoba. Upon
arrival, city tour, with a walk around the beautiful Jewish
Quarter, visit of the Synagogue and the Moses Maimonides
statue. Visit of the famous Mosque. Free afternoon. Dinner
and overnight. |

DAY 10: CORDOBA-LUCENA-GRANADA (B, D) |
|
|
|
Departure to Lucena, important centre of
Jewish scholarship in Spain during the 11th and 12th
centuries. We will visit the Jewish Quarter and the house in
which Issac Ben Jacob Alfasi (1013-1103) founded an academy.
Free time for lunch on your own, after which trip continues
to Granada. Dinner and overnight. |

DAY 11: GRANADA (B, D) |
|
|
|
Morning visit of the Alhambra, with its
fountains, patios and gardens. Visit of the Nasrid Palaces,
Charles V Palace, Alcazaba and Generalife gardens. Afternoon
excursion to the Alpujarra Mountains and visit of their
incredible littlel white villages. Return to Granada. Dinner
and overnight. |

DAY 12: GRANADA-MALAGA-MARBELLA (B, D) |
|
|
|
Departure from Granada to the famous Costa
del Sol. Arrival in Malaga and city tour of this beautiful
city, with a general walking tour, visit of the Gibralfaro
Castle and the Alcazaba Fortress. Trip continues to
Marbella. Dinner and overnight. |

DAY
13: MARBELLA (B, D) |
|
|
|
Free day in Marbella to enjoy the beach,
golf, tennis or the facilities of your hotel. Optional
excursions to Ronda or Gibraltar are available. Dinner and
overnight |

DAY 14: MARBELLA-MIJAS-MARBELLA (B, D) |
|
|
|
Morning excursion to visit the whitewashed
town of Mijas, located in the mountain skirts of the Sierra
de Mijas. Take free time to do shopping and enjoy a walk
through its narrow streets and the impressive view of the
shores of Fuengirola. Free afternoon. Evening Farewell Gala
Dinner in a good restaurant at Puerto Banus Marina |

Departure transfer to Malaga Airport. End of
the tour. |
