This four-hour tour is a must for anyone interested in Jewish history. It begins with a guided scenic private boat stroll along the fabulous Grand Canal to the colourful sestiere (district) of Cannaregio. The guide will accompany the clients on a guided visit of the Jewish Ghetto, the oldest in Europe. Included in the tour are three of the Ghetto’s five synagogues and its Museum (this part of the tour is conducted by the Jewish Museum’s official guides). An interesting stroll through the tiny area in which over 5,000 Jews were forced to live.
