Room Bedding:
The Inn itself has eight well appointed bedrooms, some with four poster beds, all with private bathroom. Each has been restored and decorated while maintaining its cosiness and charm. The Annex has a further six attractive bedrooms, all with bathrooms, which form a tasteful development within the courtyard of the Inn.

Activities:
Winsford is ideally situated for walking, riding, shooting and fishing. Within about a mile is the Caratacus Stone on Winsford Hill, thought to have been inscribed in the Dark Ages. On the same hill are the Wambarrows, three burial mounds, probably of the Beaker period or Bronze Age and between 2,500 and 4,000 years old. The Tarr steps, about 5 miles away, are considered to form the finest bridge of its type in England. Minehead and Porlock are within easy driving distance as are a wealth of charming, unspoilt villages.
