The Hotel was built at the beginning of 2000 in accordance with and under the control of the fine arts departments and municipality of Venice.
Rooms are not large with the exception of one nice size junior suite with a large terrace facing a side canal, and another room with a third bed suitable for a small family. The hotel is situated across from the Bauer. It is a non smoking hotel! All rooms are equipped with satellite television, minibar, and marble bathrooms. There are a total of six rooms that face the small canal, including the junior suite mentioned above. It is important to keep in mind that rooms in three-star hotels are normally not large rooms. But this hotel enjoys a wonderfully convenient location close to the center of Venice and offers excellent value for a property so well located.
NOTE: SAN MARCO is the closest stop for clients taking the public vaporetto. Water taxis can pull up directly to the hotel.
