The building has a lift, uncommon in the Gothic quarter of the city, and a sunny terrace overlooking Santa Maria del Mar church.

This studio loft can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 twin beds and in 1 double sofa bed. It has a complete bathroom with shower and a totally equipped open range kitchen with microwave oven/grill,
fridge freezer, dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. The comfortable living has colour TV, DVD, Broadband Internet Connection,
radio and CD player. With air conditioning and heating, this studio loft is perfect for all year round stays. This apartment has use of the sunny roof terrace overlooking the Santa Maria Del Mar church
and the Gothic quarter. In the building there is also a shared laundry facility with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has four bedrooms, two with double queen sized beds, and the other two bedrooms with 1 single bed; the 7th guest is accommodated on a fold out bed that can be placed in the room of your choice. Two fully equipped bathrooms accommodate all 7 guests. The entire apartment has parquet wooden flooring with double glazed windows to keep out any noise from the outside. All the commonplace items like oven, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, coffee machine, etc., can be found in the apartment. All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board. The modern entertainment centre comprises of a TV, DVD, mp3, CD player and radio.
