Departure from your hotel to visit the nice medieval town of “Briones”, located in the middle of the Rioja Alta (Upper Rioja) in the midst of vineyards, totally walled, wi its medieval design and palaces,
churches, monuments, etc.. Visit of a Bodega with wine tasting in the Haro area. Visit of the toof Haro, the capital of the Rioja Alta and its wine, including monuments, churches, typical bars and wine tapas
area of “La Herradura”. Lunch at a local restaurant. We continue to San Vicente de Sonsierra, the home town of the famous “Picaos”, people of noble descent. We will visit castles, churches, hermitages, etc., and another Bodega, with wine tasting. Return to Logroño. Evening dinner at a local restaurant.

Departure from your hotel. Visit of the Monastery of Santa Maria la Real, in Najera. We continue to Cañas and visit the Cistercian Abbey. We then go to San Millan de la Cogolla, where we will have
lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch we will visit the famous Monastery of Yuso and another Bodega with wine tasting. Return to Logroño. Evening dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

Today we will have a nice excursion to the town of Laguardia, medieval walled town-fortress with magnificent views over Alava’s Rioja vineyards and the Valley of the Ebro River. We will visit the Church of
Santa Maria de los Reyes and the Church of San Juan Bautista, Palacio Mirador, etc. Visit of a local Bodega, with wine tasting. Visit of the Thematic Centre and the Wine Museum in Laguardia. We then
 continue to Logroño, where we will have wine tasting and visit a local bodega. Afternoon city tour of Logroño. Evening Tapas dinner in the downtown Calle Laurel to have a taste of the flavour of the local atmosphere

Day excursion to the town of Calahorra, the capital of the lower Rioja and an area full of history dating back to Roman and medieval times: monuments, churches, Cathedral, Archeological Museum, etc.
We will visit a local bodega of the lower Rioja, including a tour of its vineyards and the Wine Museum. Today we will have lunch at a bodega, including wine tasting. Afternoon visit of a bodega near Logroño,
 with wine tasting. Return to Logroño. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

Departure for the beautiful town of Ezcaray located in the mountain area of La Rioja. Constructed in accordance with the typical architecture of the region, it is set in the midst of impressive landscapes.
 We will visit the Royal Textile Factory, the church, noble houses, handicraft blanket factory, etc. We then continue to the medieval town of Santo Domingo de la Calzada, on the famous Way of St. James,
with its walls, parador, monuments, etc. Lunch at a local restaurant. We continue on to the town of Navarrete, still on the Way of Saint James Way and will visit its church, ceramic factory, the old
Hospital-Inn of San Juan de Acre, etc. Visit to a local bodega, including wine tasting. Return to Logroño. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

Today we will take a trip to see the dinosaur footprints of Enciso, the third most important prints in the world. We will also see some open-air copies that are the exact same size and look exactly like the
originals. We will visit a special Bodega of Cava with cream, will take a walk around Arnedo and will have lunch at a local restaurant. We will visit another good bodega in the area, with wine tasting, and then
return to Logroño. Farewell Dinner at a nice local restaurant. Overnight.
