For golf lovers Mallorca is an ideal winter destination due to the clement
weather conditions which make it ideal for golf. Our 3 night golf break includes
2 days play at one of the newest of the islands courses, Son Termens,
situated in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains. For those who wish to
extend their stay and would like to try other golf courses, the hotel will
organise tee-off time for you at the course of your choice. Also included in
this package 2 dinners in the hotel, one evening in Son Fony and one in El Olivo.

La Residencias tennis breaks are known to many of our regular guests. Shayne Tabb will take you through your game and teach you where you need to improve or if you are a complete beginner he will introduce you to the art. A video of your play will help you to see where you need to make improvement you can take this home to help your future play. Should any hard swings cause the strings to snap, Shayne can re-string your racquets on site.
The three night break includes 5 hours of tennis lessons, one hour of video and a 60 minute sport massage plus a blood pressure and cholesterol test. Two dinners in the hotel are also included, one evening in Son Fony and one in El Olivo.

Introduced only last year this break proved to be a winner! The theme is one of Culture and involves a visit to the Art Exhibition on show in the Tafona gallery, a walk and talk through Deiΰ visiting the local museum and studios of artists; a visit to Valldemossa incorporating the Costa Nord Centre, the Cartoixa, Son Marroig and Miramar.
On the second day you are driven by chauffer to Palma and visit the Bellver Castle, the Old Quarter of Palma, the Cathedral, and two Art Foundations. On the third day you are invited to the home of artist, George Sheridan, who is also curator of the hotels collection, where you can view his private art collection.
Dinner on 3 evenings is also included (2 nights in Son Fony and 1 night in El Olivo) plus a departure gift.

The Art of Painting and Drawing
For the second year running La Residencia offers budding artists the opportunity to learn techniques and to gain profiency in drawing and painting under the instruction of the artis, and qualified art teacher, David Templeton. Last year's participants were thrilled at the results achieved. This breaks takes place on pre-established dates and participants are limited to five per course. It includes.
