Program

Friday:
• Arrival at your hotel and accommodation
Saturday:
• Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
• Your specialized food and wine guide will pick you up at the hotel to start the gastronomy and modernism walking tour in Paseo de Gracia. La Pedrera makes a good starting point. It is one of the main Gaudí residential buildings and one of the most imaginative houses of the architecture history, this building is more a sculpture that a building.

En route to the restaurant for lunch we will visit other modernist buildings like Casa Batlló, one of the most singular buildings of the city. Casa Amatller is a good place for chocolate lovers to start exploring the city. Marvel at the Modernist architecture paid for by the profits from Catalonia’s oldest surviving chocolate brand, set up in 1798.

• Lunch will be in a unique restaurant in the world, placed in a textile manufacturers warehouse designed by Gaudí. Here we will have the opportunity to enjoy and taste a gourmet menu based on season products.
• After lunch we will visit La Sagrada Familia, impressive piece of art of a genius architect.
• Transfer to your hotel, time to relax and transfer to the restaurant for dinner.
• Dinner will be at a restaurant located in 'Palau de la Musica Catalana', is unique in Barcelona not only for its extraordinary and exquisite gastronomical options, but also its excellent location, considered to be one of Modernism's chief exponents. Its new “creative cuisine,” based on Catalan-French products is combined with present gastronomical tendencies and distinctive product elaboration. It offers infinity of delicious culinary creations, where a magnificent atmosphere is joined by the best displays of the new creative cuisine.

The Hotel “Casa Fuster', which is listed as a 5 star Monument Hotel, has been created from the restoration of the historic building from 1908 known as “Casa Fuster”, built by the architect D. Luis Doménech i Montaner, and is situated in the best area of Barcelona, recently recognized as the foremost commercial and business district of Europe.
In addition to its extraordinary architectural design, it has the privilege of being the only building to overlook the whole of the Paseo de Gracia as well as enjoying a panoramic view of the entire city.
