Programme Day 1: Arrival to the hotel and accommodation Day 2: After breakfast, visit to the market of the city of Bologna, of medieval origin, where we will select the ingredients needed for our cooking class. Arrival to the AMICI DI BABETTE, owned by the Simili sisters, who have a wide experience in teaching traditional Italian cooking classes. We will prepare a menu made by the members of the group, based on pasta, made the traditional way, which we will taste savour without hassle once the class is over. Dinner at the restaurant Al Sole di Trebo (1 Michelin star), where you can discover the new trends in Italian cuisine. Afterwards, return to hotel. Accommodation.

Day 3:
After breakfast, we will walk around the historical center of the city, accompanied by our Italian guide. Return to hotel.
