The Estalagem Falcão de Mendonça, Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo (Duoro Valley)
The Estalagem Falcão de Mendonça is a 4* Inn established in an historical manor dating back from the 1820s. It was inhabited by a family of rich farmers with a noble heritage, and it was classified as a Construction of Relevant Architectural Significance. The house went through a restoration process and was open to the public as a 4* Manor in July 2002.
The Falcão de Mendonça Inn boasts 11 rooms (2 Triple, 8 Double - two of them wheelchair accessible - and 1 Single), Restaurant/Dining Hall and Bar (both with terrace), Living Room and Swimming Pool. Access by electromagnetic card. All rooms have central air, central heating, satellite TV, phone and Internet connection, mini-bar, fine cotton linens and private bathrooms room equipped with hydro massage system.
